This website (draimeebrown.com) and the Micro Mastery programmes are operated by Dr Aimee Brown of Bespoke Chiropractic, Manning, Western Australia. I'm committed to protecting your privacy in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What information I collect
Contact details — your name and email address when you join my mailing list, download a resource, or enrol in a programme.
Payment information — payments are processed securely by MailerLite and Stripe. I do not see or store your full card details.
Programme participation — information you choose to share in workbooks, group chats, or on live calls.
Website usage — standard analytics data (such as pages visited and device type) collected via Squarespace.
How I use your information
I use your information to deliver the programme or resource you've signed up for, to send you emails you've opted into, to respond to your enquiries, and to improve my programmes and website. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email.
I do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Tools I use
Your information is stored and processed by the following providers, each with their own privacy protections: Squarespace (website), MailerLite (email and checkout), Stripe (payments), Skool (course platform), Telegram (group chat), and Zoom (live calls). Some of these providers store data outside Australia.
Group spaces
Some programmes include group environments such as a Telegram chat and live Zoom calls. Anything you share there is visible to other participants, so please share only what you're comfortable with, and respect the confidentiality of others. Live calls may be recorded and shared with programme participants only.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to access the personal information I hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, or delete it (subject to any legal record-keeping requirements). Just email aimee@draimeebrown.com.
Data security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using reputable providers with industry-standard security. No online transmission is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, please email me first and I'll do my best to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
