Hi, I'm Dr Aimee.

I'm a Holistic Chiropractor, Diplomate in Clinical Women's Health, and ultramarathon runner with over 16 years of clinical experience working with women who are high-achieving, time-poor, and quietly running on fumes.

I started Micro Mastery because I kept seeing the same thing in clinic: brilliant women who knew exactly what they should be doing, but couldn't make it work in their actual lives.

Out on the trails, I discovered what I now know to be true in the clinic too — that a 10-minute reset, done with intention, can take you from exhausted, overwhelmed, and not knowing the path forward, to clear-headed, calm, and ready to go. It's not about doing more. It's about doing the right small things, consistently.

How much time do I need each week? +
Each week includes a 10–15 minute video lesson, plus roughly 10–15 minutes to implement what you've learned. If you want to go deeper, the workbooks are there for you — but they're optional. You can get real results with just 20–30 minutes a week.
Is this a diet program? +
No. Micro Mastery covers nutrition as one piece of a much bigger picture — alongside sleep, movement, stress, hormones, and nervous system health. There are no meal plans, no calorie counting, and no rules about what you can't eat.
