1. Who we are
Micro Mastery Live is operated by Dr Aimee Brown. References to "I", "me" and "we" mean Dr Aimee Brown.
2. What you're purchasing
Your enrolment in Micro Mastery Live includes: the complete 12-week Micro Mastery curriculum, delivered week by week from Tuesday 25 August 2026; weekly video lessons and downloadable workbooks; access to a private Telegram group chat for the duration of the live round; three live Zoom check-in calls, held at the end of each programme phase (recordings provided); integration weeks between phases; and lifetime access to the video lessons and workbooks.
"Lifetime access" means for the life of the programme. If the programme is ever retired, you will be given reasonable notice and the opportunity to download your materials.
3. What's not included
One-on-one clinical consultations, diagnosis, or treatment; access to the Telegram chat or live calls beyond the live round dates; and personalised medical, nutrition, or exercise prescriptions.
4. Educational programme — not medical advice
Micro Mastery Live is an educational programme, general in nature. It is not a substitute for personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation does not create a practitioner–patient relationship. Always consult your GP or healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine, particularly if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
5. Results
Individual results vary. Any outcomes described in programme materials are illustrative and depend on your individual circumstances and participation. No specific result is guaranteed.
6. Payment
The programme fee is $597 AUD, payable in full at checkout unless an individual payment plan has been agreed with me in writing before enrolment. If you are on a payment plan and a payment fails, I'll contact you to resolve it; access may be paused until payments are up to date.
7. Refunds
Because places are strictly limited (capped at 20) and programme content is accessible upon enrolment, refunds are not available for change of mind.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the programme is not delivered as described, or a consumer guarantee is not met, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law.
8. Your responsibilities
By joining, you agree to: keep your login details and programme materials for your personal use only — please don't share, copy, or resell them; treat other members of the group with respect and keep what's shared in the group confidential; and not provide medical advice to other participants.
9. Community conduct
The Telegram chat and Zoom calls are shared spaces. I reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive to the group, without refund, after a warning where reasonable.
10. Intellectual property
All programme content — videos, workbooks, emails, and materials — remains the intellectual property of Dr Aimee Brown / Bespoke Chiropractic. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning.
11. Changes to the programme
Minor changes to the schedule (for example, moving a Zoom call time) may occasionally be necessary. I'll give as much notice as possible. If a live call is rescheduled and you can't attend, the recording will be provided.
12. Privacy
